Rentals

      RENTAL CONDITIONS 

• Rental Fee is paid for at time of pick up

• All Rentals are for Indoor Use Only

• Each rental is for one week, Late Drop-Offs are subject to an additional week’s rental. There is no discount for early returns. 

• A 50% deposit is required on the retail cost of the items rented and this is refunded once the rental has returned in good condition. This may be paid by Cash, Visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately cheques are not accepted for deposit.

• A $10.00 Surcharge is applicable to the following: 

  • Any loss of hardware including eyebolts, spring clips and ball tops 

  • If items are not returned in same condition. The flags must be properly folded, the poles must be banded together in matching pairs with spring clip, eyebolt and ball top attached. 

  • Any soil marks on flags or hardware that need to be cleaned. If these can not be removed the retail cost of the damaged items less the rental fee will be charged to the customer. 

RENTAL FEE: 
$25.00 Includes- Flag (3’x6’), 8’x1” Aluminum Pole, Collapsible base
$15.00 Flag Only or Pole and Base Only
